Returns Policy
We hope that you love your new purchase but if for any reason you are unsatisfied please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
Postage charges are non-refundable. If you return an order on which you received free standard delivery, we will subtract our usual delivery fee from the total refunded. Similarly, there is a small surcharge (£0.50) for returned orders on which you received free local delivery.
We can provide refunds for unused items still in original packaging. Please note we are unable to accept returns on certain items such as teething accessories, unless faulty. Postage charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Preloved items are sold as seen and pieces may show signs of gentle wear but still have plenty of life left. Prices indicate the condition of the garment. Sizing conventions and fit vary between brands, if you’re unsure of the size you need please get in touch and we will be happy to guide you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items, and we recommend you use a Tracked service for peace of mind. We are also able to accept returns within 14 days of purchase at our Broadstairs store. Directions and opening hours can be found here.
