Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer a free Click & Collect and local next day delivery service (CT9, CT10, CT11 postcodes) and these will come up as an option at check out once you enter your post code.

For Click & Collect orders you will receive an email confirming your purchase is ready to collect from our Broadstairs store which is open seven days a week. We look forward to welcoming you in our sunshine store by the sea, please collect your purchase within 10 days. Directions and opening hours can be found here.

All other items are despatched by the next working day as standard for a flat rate of £4.95, via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you will receive an email with tracking details when your order is despatched. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery and this will be automatically calculated when you check out. If for any reason an item is no longer available we will be in touch before shipping the rest of your order. Please allow at least three working days for delivery.

We understand that sometimes you will need an item urgently and we are happy to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Please select this option at checkout and complete your purchase by 2PM for next day delivery. This will be charged at a flat rate of £8.95.

As part of our commitment to the environment we reuse and upcycle existing packaging where possible. We believe it’s what’s inside that counts: rest assured that every item is boxed up with care and attention. Thank you for your understanding.
