What it is: Welcome to the Grand Hotel of Feelings, where all kinds of feelings come to stay. Anger is very loud and needs plenty of space to scream and shout. Sadness occasionally floods the bathroom. Gratitude likes wandering about in nature - you never know when she might come and sit by your side. Sometimes the hotel gets very busy, with feelings big and small. But you have to give them space to come and go in their own time, because all feelings are just passing through.
